The stakeholder of DIVITAL Asia Group have arranged and succesfully managed together with Malay partners DIVITAL production tests at dung treatment sites of Layer- and Broiler farms of Lay Hong Group in 2018 and 2019.
Main problem of dung treatment sites: Permanently very strong emission of bad smell particularily ammonia; the
final product of treatment has still a strong ammonia smell.
With the DIVITAL tests could be proved that the smell emission can be decreased significantly.
Furthermore, the ready DIVITAL soil substrate smell simelar like forrest soil and doesn't have ammonia odor.
A first DIVITAL production site is under preparation in cooperation with a big group of industrial poultry farming. The planned start of production has strongly delayed because of Covid 19 and is expected in 2022.
Capacity of first production site: 4,000 t DIVITAL per year.
If the first production site proves sustainably that the smell can be decreased significantly, it is expeceted that the production capacity at different sites is expanded quickly.
